Policy on the Publication of Editorial Board Members’ Manuscripts
In order to uphold the highest standards of integrity, transparency, and fairness in the publication process, the journal has adopted the following policy concerning submissions from its editorial board members:
1. Right to Submit
Editorial board members are entitled to submit their manuscripts for consideration in the journal. No preferential treatment or special privileges are granted.
2. Editorial and Review Independence
Manuscripts authored or co-authored by editorial board members will be managed by an independent handling editor who is not affiliated with the submission. Peer review will be conducted by at least three external reviewers under a double-blind review system.
3. Conflict of Interest
All potential conflicts of interest must be declared upon submission. Any attempt to influence the review process will result in immediate rejection of the manuscript.
4. Equal Evaluation Criteria
Submissions from editorial board members will be assessed using the same criteria for originality, scientific rigor, and relevance as applied to all other manuscripts.
5. Transparency in Publication
If accepted, the published article will include a statement indicating that the work was authored by an editorial board member and that the peer review and editorial decisions were handled independently to ensure impartiality.
6. Publication Proportion
To ensure balance and fairness, manuscripts authored by editorial board members must constitute less than 10% of the total number of articles published in the last two issues.
7. Periodic Review of Policy
This policy will be periodically reviewed and updated to align with international best practices in scholarly publishing and research ethics
