Complaints Policy

The journal is committed to maintaining high ethical standards, transparency, and fairness in the editorial and peer-review process. Authors, reviewers, and readers may submit complaints related to editorial decisions, peer review procedures, publication ethics, or any aspect of the journal’s operations. All complaints should be submitted in writing to the Editorial Office via the official journal email address, clearly stating the nature of the complaint and providing relevant evidence or documentation. The Editor-in-Chief (or an appointed independent committee, if necessary) will review the complaint in a timely and impartial manner. If a complaint concerns a member of the editorial board, the journal will manage the matter through an impartial and confidential process in accordance with its editorial and publication ethics policies. The journal will aim to respond within a reasonable timeframe and will inform the complainant of the outcome and any actions taken.

The journal follows internationally recognized ethical guidelines, including those of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE), where applicable
